Idea: Numerical Volume Input

We use Pandora for our office music. The issue we have is that the slider setting we use is either too low or too high, even by just 1 slider move. 

The request is if there could be an option to actually have a numerical input option for volume? such as if 10 is too low and 15 is too high we could set a numerical value of 11,12,13, or 14 as the option to find that sweet spot for the office.
