Is it possible to add song/artist as variety from the now playing screen?

Easy way to add variety to a station

Is there an easy way to add a song or artist while it is playing, to the currently selected station? What I mean is, quite a lot I am listening to a station and a song comes up that I really like, and I want to add it as a variety to the station; I know I can thumb up the song but I am asking about adding it to the station. The only way I know of is to go to the station, click Add Variety, search for the song/artist and add it.

I know there is a + at the top of the song details but the options are Create station from artist/song. It would be nice (at least for me) if that + had more options, like Add this song/artist as variety to the station currently playing.

Maybe this is possible in other apps but not on Android which I am using.

@claudiu It is not currently possible to add the song that is currently playing as variety to your station directly from the now playing screen.

If you'd like to see that option added to the service, I recommend creating a new thread in our Ideas board. This will also give others around the community a chance to upvote your idea if it's something they are interested in as well.

In the meantime, you will need to go into your station details page in order to search for a song or artist to add as variety to it.
