Would anyone else find it helpful to be able to loop longer tracks for continuous play? I love background music during meditation, but sometimes the change in tracks affects my meditative state. Lofi has some great very short tracks and looping would enable enjoying them during meditation.
Hi @recovergirl, thanks for posting.
You should be able to listen a song on loop using the replay feature.
To use the replay feature, tap the replay button (circle with back arrow) on the left end of the player controls.
As a Pandora Plus listener, replays are included with your subscription. You can play back any songs with an active replay icon whenever you like.
Keep in mind that you may encounter some songs that aren't replay-eligible. When this happens, you should see a message letting you know the reason why, although this limitation is typically a result of a content licensing restriction.
Hope this helps!
No problem @recovergirl!
I see, yes, if you listen to the songs on a station, if you use the replay button you need to tap on it every time the song ends, which, as you mentioned, is not viable when you are meditating.
However, if you play a song On-demand or on a Playlist, if you tap on the replay button twice you will see it changes. It should show a "1" inside the circle back arrow (and actually it shows like two arrows circling around the "1"), this will make the same song play over and over without you having to go back and pressing it again.
Please note that to listen on demand, as a Plus subscriber, you will need to enable a Premium session by watching an ad. If you decide to view the ad and accept a Premium session, there will be no extra charges, and your account will be returned to the Plus service once the Premium session ends. Once you have enabled the session you can listen to the song you want on a loop.
Please note that we do not have an exact duration of these sessions so they may vary on the duration, so if your meditation lasts more than the sessions or you meditate several times a day it may be more convenient for you to get e Premium Plan instead of the Plus Plan that you currently have.
Hope this helps and let me know of you have further questions!
