Sis-in-law bought me a subscription, even though I’ve had free pandora for over a decade, and the app had me log out and back in. After logging back in I had lost almost all of my channels.

I took a closer look at the Pandora account associated with your community profile. I see 11 stations, with the last station being added back in 2018. Additionally, it looks like the last device associated with the account (other than a log in recently) was an Android from 2011.
If this doesn't sound right, then most likely you have a second Pandora account under a different email address.
