Lost my music collection

You bozos trashed my collection, built up over 5 years, and then asked me to build a new collection. I think this started when I started paying for no ads -- and that took 3 months to effect. Your "help" site is pretty limited. If I do not get some response, I am going to pay up for Spotify. I need my music.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. I can understand how frustrating it can be if your collection isn’t appearing as expected after building it over time.

I do want to help get to the bottom of this. I’m not seeing any prior posts or support requests tied to your account, so this is the first time we’re hearing about the issue — but I’m definitely here to work through it with you.

Could you share a bit more detail about what you’re seeing when you say your collection was “trashed”? For example, are stations missing, or is it something else?

The more information you can provide, the better I can investigate and help find a solution for you.
