Hey, @Mrreinhart_1.

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the community! 👋

Sounds like there was an upgrade for Pandora on your particular device.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening with your stations?

  • What is the make and model of your device?
  • Are you unable to view all of your stations from this particular device? Is this happening on all of your devices?
  • Are you logged in with your original Pandora account? Or do you think you have an account under a different email address? (Also, no need to share your personal email as I can check in with our User Support team regarding your account from my end).

Let me know, and I can follow up with you.

This same thing happened to me. Twice now. I pay for pandora and don’t want to pay for something that’s regularly going to be reset 😢

To clarify, are some of your stations missing from your collection? If so, what are the names of the stations that are missing?

Also, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝
