My six years of thumbing have all disappeared.

Where did they go and how do I restore them? I have been a member since January 2015 and a plus member for almost the same period of time.  Thousands of songs lost.  I'm very disappointed and I am considering cancelling my subscription if this can't be resolved. My phone and home audio are both samsung. My artists list is still present but no thumbs in any of them including the shuffle category.😪

I took a look at some of your stations on my end, and I'm seeing that your thumb ratings are still there.
