@Betsy92758, here are some steps for you to try...

If your Pandora station is suddenly stopping after one or two songs, here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot:

🔧 Quick Fixes to Try

  1. Check Your Internet Connection. A weak or unstable connection can cause playback to stop. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data or restarting your router.

  2. Clear Cache and Data (App or Browser)

    • On Mobile App: Go to your device settings > Apps > Pandora > Storage > Clear Cache (and possibly Clear Data).

    • On Browser: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart it.

  3. Update the App or Browser. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Pandora app or your browser.

  4. Disable Battery Optimization (Mobile). On Android, battery-saving settings can interfere with background playback. Check your phone’s settings and exclude Pandora from battery optimization.

  5. Log Out and Back In. Sometimes, a fresh login can reset any session issues.

  6. Try a Different Device or Browser. This can help determine if the issue is device-specific.

  7. Check for Outage. Occasionally, Pandora may be experiencing service issues. You can check their social media for updates.

If none of these work, I’d be happy to help you dig deeper. Are you using Pandora on a phone, computer, or another device? These steps have helped before; hopefully, they will for you.

Take care and GOD bless...

@Betsy92758 @EHac Nice to see the two of you around the community.

Are you still running into this issue?

If so, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Thank you for working with me on this.
