Out of place Country artists playing on shuffle

PLEASE give us the option to ban artists! I'm so SICK of y'all trying to push Morgan Wallen on me; I HATE country music!!!! No matter how many times I hit thumbs down, him, Jelly Roll, Shaboozey, & Chris Stapleton songs are constantly being pushed to me. I think I may have liked one Bebe Rexha song and that opened the floodgates. Meanwhile, I select Aaliyah for every music shuffle, I thumbs up all of her songs, but there's STILL songs of hers that never come up for me. FIX YOUR ALGORITHM!!!!

I'm just now seeing this. It's happening less, but it does still happen. Dolly Parton has played several times and there's nothing on any of my selections that should make her come up. Still with the Morgan Wallen and Jelly Roll, etc. Again, just not as much. I play my selected stations on a shuffle; I don't use discovery mode or anything else like that.

@Lesha0219 Thanks for following up with that information.

I checked your recent listening history and while I did not any tracks by Dolly Parton or Jelly Roll play, I did see the following tracks by Morgan Wallen play:

• Lies Lies Lies
• Just In Case

Both of those tracks were recommended by your Today's Hits Radio station.

I recommend removing that station from your shuffle mix if you'd like to prevent tracks from that artist from appearing.

If country songs continue to play when listening in shuffle mode after removing Today's Hits Radio, please reply back and let me know:

• The date/time the country track(s) played
  
• The name(s) of the country artist(s) on the station
  
• The title(s) of the country track(s) that played

It's been a while since Dolly Parton played; Jelly Roll was probably last week or so? I use Pandora 5 days a week @ my job, so my recent listening history gets updated a lot. I will remove that from my shuffle, thank you.
