Playlists aren't saving after creating them

Why won’t my playlist save even after deleting the app and reinstalling like the help suggested. Frustrating because I spent a bit of time creating it. iPhone 11

@pochatko002 I moved your post over to the iOS space.

To begin, it looks like your account is currently set up with the free service.

The ability to create playlists is only an option with Pandora Premium. This being said, I do see you initiated a free session of Pandora Premium by watching an ad.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  1. To clarify, were playlists still not saving while you were on your free session of Pandora Premium?
  2. Is this only happening when creating new playlists on your iPhone? Are you able to successfully create new playlists when logging into your account on a computer?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot/screen-recording of what you're seeing?
