Why won’t my playlist save even after deleting the app and reinstalling like the help suggested. Frustrating because I spent a bit of time creating it. iPhone 11

To begin, it looks like your account is currently set up with the free service.
The ability to create playlists is only an option with Pandora Premium. This being said, I do see you initiated a free session of Pandora Premium by watching an ad.
Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
