Shuffle mode does not play variety

I have both stations from Pandora and stations I have created but my Shuffle mode is disappointingly boring.  I expected representative songs from all the stations but only get a limited number of songs from a limited number of stations.  I listed from both my phone and my computer with the same results.  Am I doing something wrong?  Thank you.

I completely understand how disappointing it can feel when Shuffle doesn’t seem to pull a good mix from all of your stations.
