Song being played by different artist

 Why has the actual studio version of the song Wrathchild from the artist Iron Maiden been replaced by this live version from a different artist, Paul Di’anno Killers, on regular radio mode? Can this be fixed?

I do see we have this track available: Wrathchild (2015 Remaster) by Iron Maiden

To clarify, did the album artwork for the studio version of this track show on the now playing screen, however the audio for that live version in your screenshot played instead?

Yes. The radio play mode setting will only play this live version of the track from Paul Di’anno Killers in place of the studio Wrathchild 2015 remastered from Iron Maiden.

@Guitar87 Thanks for following up and clarifying that with me.

We don't currently have the option to filter out certain versions of tracks, such as remixes or live recordings on Pandora stations.

I recommend upvoting this existing thread if you'd like to see the option added to Pandora: Ideas: Exclude Live performances or remixed versions of songs

In the meantime, if you Thumb Down a live or remixed version of a song, you will not hear that version again on the station you're listening to. This will not keep the studio version of that track from playing and doesn't necessarily mean that you will no longer hear other songs by that artist. You should use your Thumb ratings freely to tell Pandora what you want and don't want to hear.
