@dawngoodman Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?
- If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
- A Mac or Windows computer?
- Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
- If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
- Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Thanks for working with me on this. ๐ค

Not a mod or offering professional advice here but:
Is this on browser, on a version of Pandora with ads? Iโve had that issue in the past, and it always seemed to boil down to an issue with an ad. Not sure if it fails to fully load or plays through and doesnโt move on to the next audio. It basically skips over, starts the next song, but doesnโt register to start the next songโs audio. Iโve also had it skip an entire song, list a second one, and play music from the first. Refreshing usually solves it, but itโs still extremely frustrating when it happens a lot. Havenโt had this happen in a while, though.
If you are on browser, there is some very general advice, since there isnโt more info to go off of:
- Make sure your browser is fully updated
- Clear browser cache and resign in to see if that helps
- Make sure you donโt have adblockers enabled, especially if you have a version of Pandora with ads. Since theyโre intended to not be blocked, this can cause weird conflicts.

@dawngoodman Glad to hear things are back up and running again.
If this continues to be an issue down the line, please make sure to reach back out to us and let us know.
Thanks for listening!
