Thumbs count is inaccurate in Profile

Hello

 

I have been using Pandora for a decade or so, and had at least 1000 Thumbs Up tracks saved in my profile, but now there are only 300 recent tracks saved. Is there anyway to recover the history of Thumbs Up? I've never had a problem before, though I did recently try Pandora's 30-day free trial, maybe when it expired all the tracks that were saved before the trial started disappeared?

Any help would be great,

Thanks for following up, and confirming @jo3r055.

We recently made a change to limit the number of thumbs displayed in your Profile from the web and mobile devices so the Thumbs up count may not match the total number on your account.

If you'd like to review your Thumbs in greater detail, you can find them in each stations backstage page or in your My Thumbs Up Playlist.

In the meantime, I've passed along your feedback.

i recently had over a thousand likes disappear right after upgrading to premium too. I only have 833 and I used to have 2000+

Hi, I've been a longtime user since 2010ish and had accumulated quite a large list of 600+ thumbs up songs which I love to go back through from time to time.

I noticed today I lost the majority of them. It is now only 43 songs.

Is this some bug? Can I recover them?

Why can I only see a small portion of the songs I've "Thumbed Up" over the years? I used to be able to see all (hundreds) now I see 25??? Help???

Have a question why does my songs of thumbs up say  say I have 910 but when I click on it it says 3010 ? And when I go on the thumbprint radio just says see all thumb down songs ???

Hello Pandora Team.

I am reporting an error on my account. I have had my Pandora account since 2007, over the course of which I've thumbed up 526 tracks. However, I logged in to my account today on Desktop to find that the total number has been reduced to 0. 

Whatever update was made since my last login has essentially reset my account and might have deleted all the songs i've thumbed up. I know this is not an error from my end because I verified on older iOS devices that is still linked to my account that my previous tracks are present. 

I have even upgraded my account to premium in hopes of being able to salvage the tracks I thumbed up but nothing. It creates a new playlist but none of my previous tracks are on there.

As a loyal pandora user, I sincerely request that you resolve this for me and return the missing tracks.
