Thumbs count is inaccurate in Profile

Hello

I have been using Pandora for a decade or so, and had at least 1000 Thumbs Up tracks saved in my profile, but now there are only 300 recent tracks saved. Is there anyway to recover the history of Thumbs Up? I've never had a problem before, though I did recently try Pandora's 30-day free trial, maybe when it expired all the tracks that were saved before the trial started disappeared?

@danielmantz To clarify, are you referring to the tracks in your My Thumbs Up playlist, or the tracks showing in your profile?

Thumbs up in Profile was 253 thumbs up yesterday, today its 0

Hello, I dont know what the total of my thumbs are up. Yesterday I logged in after not being logged in for a while. I saw I had about 253 thumbs up songs in my profile pages. Now it's 0. Can anyone help?

The "thumbprint radio" station says it's playing based on 755 thumbs up. Not sure how many I have. But I'd love to see a list of them again like before.. (just like yesterday!).

Upgrading to premium did not help.

Just to be clear, I want to see a list of them I can click and play.  I dont want to have to listen to all of them sequentially on a radio station (and forced to play unstoppable songs in the process. Thats dumb!).

We recently made a change to limit the number of thumbs displayed in your Profile from the web and mobile devices so the Thumbs up count may not match the total number on your account.

If you'd like to review your Thumbs in greater detail, you can find them in each stations backstage page.

Your My Thumbs Up playlist should contain all of your thumbed up tracks for you to play on demand.

This being said, I'm showing your playlist only has 13 tracks on it:

To clarify, did you manually delete any of the tracks off of this playlist in the past?

Pandora took good things and just made them bad. 😞 

I still think there is a major problem with my account. My actual thumbs up is way higher than that. The 13 is from yesterday .. 

The thumbprint radio says I have ~726 Thumbs up which is way more accurate considering my history on this website. I feel ignored right now. 

I didn't delete anything. 

To reiterate: on Friday, May 6th my profile showed 253 songs.. then the next day it was 0 (zero).  After I made this thread "Thumbs up in my Profile was 253 thumbs up yesterday, today its 0". After making the community thread I used the service and upvoted 13 songs. So those are all new starting from zero yesterday.. and I did it from the "thumbprint radio). 

A massive number of my activity on pandora disappeared. And I can't tell where it went  because at some point Pandora decided to hide and move everything from users. Upgrading to premium changed nothing for me. I dont see myself staying as a subscriber. Not if everything is gone like that. I came here for things Ive been missing.

All my liked songs have been removed

A few days ago I had 600 songs that I had thumbs up on my account. I just logged on and that number is now 0. What happened, can I get them back? I was having a good time going through the list and reminiscing about my music preferences in high school and now the list is cleared. This is really bumming me out 😞

Absolutely! Thanks for the quick response. I'm talking about these likes / thumbs up. The number was 600 last weekend. I'm not sure at what point things got reset. I've only logged on twice. Once last weekend when I was browsing my liked songs, and once a few days ago when I noticed the list was cleared.

Thumbs Up List went from over 800 down to 281

So I haven't used Pandora in a while and I wanted to get back into it, so many songs I loved and listened to have just escaped me over the years. I got back into Pandora just a few days ago and was happy to see so much of my liked music just waiting to be replayed.

I logged in the other day, and most of my thumbs up tracks are just.. gone.

Edit: I don't think I've ever had 800 thumbs, but I feel like I've had more than 300. if this is just licensing or some of the music is no longer available, then I guess that makes sense. I just wish I had some of the information communicated.

Hello, could you please restore all of my previous thumbs ups? I've been using pandora for over 10 years (maybe even 15 years?) and now only have about 100 thumbs up. I know in the past I had much more thumbs up than 100 songs. Thank you!

A couple of days ago when i checked my profile i had 800 songs on thumbs up. Today when i did the same thing it went from 800 to 6.

Way too many good songs have been lost in this, i really need them back, is there a way to fix this?

I recently subscribed to pandora after having an account for years. I use to use the app when it was a free service but I noticed my thumbs up songs are still there but it shows a 0 on my profile when I view it on my iPhone. Songs are still there but on the website they are no where to be found. Not sure if this is a bug because my account is so old or what. Would def want to make a playlist of all my thumbs which is why I subscribed. Please help

Playlist based off of your Thumbs Up ratings:

Now that you've upgraded to Pandora Premium, you should already have access to your My Thumbs Up playlist.

My Thumbs Up is a playlist that collects your Thumbed-Up tracks from each of your stations. When you sign up for Pandora Premium, we begin it by adding your 1,000 most recent Thumbs (if you have that many). Moving forward, every time you Thumb Up a song on one of your stations or eligible playlists, it will be automatically added to My Thumbs Up.

Unlike Thumbprint Radio, which plays your Thumbed-Up tracks along with other you may like, My Thumbs Up playlists will only play the songs you have Thumbed-Up.

This being said, I've taken a look at your account, and don't see the playlist in your collection yet.

Can you please confirm if you normally listen to Pandora on your phone, or on a computer?
