ThumbsUp Radio Playing the Wrong Station

 I went to play my ThumbsUp Radio station and instead it would play the Sleepy Piano station. I could not make it stop happening and

When I went in to try what you suggested, the channel was working again. Not sure what changed, but I didn't have to do anything.

@mkmmaka Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

To clarify, when you attempt to play Thumbprint Radio, does Sleepy Piano Radio always play instead?

If so, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device when this happens?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I am on your website, using Chrome on a Windows computer. I select
Thumbprint Radio and it plays Sleepy Piano instead. There is no error
message. Currently, I am not near a computer so I cannot submit a
screenshot at this time. Hope this helps.

After taking a look at your account, I was unable to replicate this on my end.

I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening.

For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps, and then attempt to reproduce the issue once more.
