Unable to Play Songs In My Collection When I Charge My Device

I Can Only Play Songs In My Collection Only When I Don't Have My Charger In My Device. How Could This Be Fixed Without My Device Being Uncharged And/Or Thrown Away, It Is A School Device I Really Would Like It Fixed So I Can Listen To The Songs In My Collection!

• Have you received any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
• Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?
• If you are on a computer, are you listening from a Mac or Windows computer?
  • Our website, or the desktop app?
  • If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
• If you are on a device, what is the make and model?

Lastly, does this issue occur when you're attempting to initiate Premium Access in order to listen to playlists and individual songs on-demand?
