We belong together incorrectly attributed to Mariah Carey

I was just listening to Velvet: 2000s R&B Radio and "We belong together" by Mariah Carey was clearly not sang by Mariah Carey. This is not the first time it has happened, and not only at this station. I have seen more Mariah Carey songs sung by someone unknown.
