@ca7 Personalized soundtracks (e.g. Your Happy Soundtrack, Our Soundtrack) are no longer a feature. This bieng said, while personalized soundtracks you've already engaged with will no longer update, they should remain available to you.
My guess is you have a second account registered under a different email address where you were able to access those playlists previously.
This Pandora account was registered on 8/29/2023.
I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
