Amazon: Modes disappear when changing stations

What happened to all of the different mode select buttons on pandora? I can't find any way to access deep cuts or other interesting music on Pandora

The issue was when I was streaming to an Amazon echo device and didn't change stations. The station I was streaming from lost all modes, however I found out if I change to a different station once the streaming started the modes showed up again. And then I could change back to the original station and it then had the modes. So there is something with the software... But I figured out a workaround

@Mark308 To clarify, was Deep Cuts Mode previously available on one of your stations, however now it is missing?

If so, what is the name of the station Deep Cuts Mode is missing on now?

Also, what is the make and model of the device you are using to stream Pandora?

Let me know.

Thanks for explaining @Mark308 and we are glad to hear you were able to find a work around.

To clarify, is this happening only on your Amazon Echo Dot? Or does it happens too when streaming from your pandora app on your mobile phone or any other device?

I only noticed it once when I was streaming from my phone to my echo studio.

I see.

This issue may be specific to the network you're using to access Pandora, so let's start by rebooting your modem and router.

If you're still having the same problem, then please try the following steps:

  1. Check to see if there are any updates available for your Alexa and Pandora apps. Update both as necessary.
  2. Restart your Alexa device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in
  3. Try unlinking and relinking your Pandora account via the Alexa app.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks, I don't want to put the effort to troubleshoot it and I know how to fix it now so I'll just deal with it if it comes up again
