I have the same situation with 2 samsung TV's in my house. Can't get Pandora to load. Just stays on the Pandora blue screen Worked perfectly fine before the Xumo box. I have tried everything, even had a chat session with Xumo support. About ready to get rid of the Xumo system completely!!

Hi @katbiz630
Welcome to community! Sorry to hear you're having trouble listening.
To clarify, is the Pandora app located on the Xumo box or is it directly on your Samsung TV? If it's found on your Samsung TV I may have a few additional troubleshooting steps that may help.
Additionally, I checked your Pandora account associated with your community profile, and it looks like you made a new account recently. Was this to test to see if the problem was associated with your account.
Thanks for the additional help!

I have the same problem with my Sony Bravia. Since it's a pre-installed app, Sony Support has tried in vain to fix.
What next ?

Hi @THUNDER2
Welcome to community!
Thanks for posting your experience. Since the Pandora app on your TV lives on the TV itself, I would try the following steps to to clear cache and data to see if it will help.
The steps may be slightly different depending on your model. If you find that these steps don't quite fit, I would refer to the user's manual for specific steps.
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select the Settings Gear icon โ๏ธ
- Follow the steps according to your TV menu:
- Select Apps โ See all apps โ Show system apps.
- Select Apps.
- Under System apps, select Pandora.
- Select Clear cache, then select Ok.
- If the issue still occurs, move on to the next step.
- Select Clear data, then select Ok.
- If displayed, select CLEAR ALL DATA, and then Ok
