Apple TV - How to stop playback

Hi everyone I like to listen to Pandora on my Apple Tv. However when I want to stop listening to the app I have to sign out og my account in order for the music to stop playing. Is there another way to stop the music? Thank you in advance

Hi @lottie42! Thanks for posting. 

If you push the play/pause button on the Apple remote, it should stop the music. 

I listen on my Apple TV sometimes and even when I'm not in the Pandora app I've pressed pause and Pandora will stop playing.

Thank you so much! Because when I wanted to leave the app I couldn’t find the pause button. Im not sure why that happened maybe due to an apple update. However I will use the remote in the future. Thank you again for your reply.
