Share Pandora from PC desktop direct to new Denon A/V Receiver?
Reciever is on the home network. Do you have to use bluetooth or just the home network.? We dont want to use the HEOS app. HEOS is just a middleman and actually blocks the full use of Pandora music options. HEOS does not allow customizing of channels or stations as Pandora does. Also we've had alot of issues getting the Denon to find bluetooth phones. The choice of "Quickshare" vs bluetooth and other connection options only makes the actual connections more difficult, contrary to Windows claims.

Hi @rcole67
Welcome to community!
If you'd prefer not to use the Heos App, and use your desktop to connect your Denon, I believe you have two potential options. You could use Chromecast (requires Chrome browser), or Bluetooth, to connect to your Denon. If either feature is supported on your Denon, and of course a WiFi connection is required when using Chromecast.
Alternatively, you could use a 3.5mm to RCA cable (or a similar auxiliary cable) to connect the PC's headphone or audio out jack to the receiver's audio input. If your PC has an HDMI output and the Denon receiver has HDMI inputs, using HDMI is another option.
