Pandora plays artist forest frank after I rank thumbs down 1 out of 10 songs.
This started approximately three weeks ago.
I select thumbs down on forest frank material and pandora changes it to thumbs up and plays and average of 1 in 10 songs in my station.
I have to sign in to Pandora daily to delete forest frank manually every DAY!!!
The pandora algorithms are broken or pandora is pushing forest frank without regards to my selections of thumbs up and thumbs down.
PLEASE FIX THIS AS THIS IS TIRING!
WHAT AM I PAYING FOR IF I CAN’T LISTEN TO MY ARTISTS IN MY STATIONS?

Forest Frank isn't listed on any thumbs down even though I thumbs down every song by him usually 1 of 10-12 songs.

I took a look at your 'for KING & COUNTRY Radio' Station and I do see that there are a few Forest Frank songs that have played.
Since you mentioned having trouble with thumbs while using your Denon device, I'd like you to manually sign out of the Heos app, and then sign back in. This will create a fresh connection with Pandora and your Denon.
In the meantime, I've removed the songs by Forest Frank that ended up in your Thumbs Up list, even though this was not intended, Pandora would have gone ahead and used this feedback to provider additional songs by the artist.
While I'm not able to completely prevent an specific artist from playing on a station, I have made a few small changes that I hope will improve your experience with your 'for KING & COUNTRY Radio' Station.
After you've logged back into the Heos app, please continue to listen to Pandora as you normally would. If you happen to come across a Forest Frank track again, please try to thumb it down once again. If you continue to run into the same trouble, I would appreciate a quick screenshot of what you're seeing when you thumb down the song. You can attach pictures directly here on community. This is best done on a mobile or web browser, you won't be able to attach pictures through email.

When it comes to troubleshooting, I like to take a look at all potential factors from every angle, not just one. While it may seem to be an algorithm issue, steps like signing out and back in can help rule out account or device–related hiccups and helps me narrow down what may be happening as I continue my investigation.
When looking at your account, I see that the Forest Frank songs from your Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down list no longer appear like they do in the screenshots you provided. Did you remove these tracks from your your end?
Yes I removed forrest frank from both, as what I found no matter if he is listed in the thumbs up or thumbs down his music is played more often.
Did you sign me out of my AVR?
I didn't., but apparently I am now signed out without my approval!

I have not had a chance to further investigate the experience you've reported and have not made any changes other than the ones I mentioned in my first reply.
I completely understand your frustration around this and that you feel that the songs by Forest Frank continue to play whether they are thumbed down or thumbed up. However, I encourage you to keep those tracks in your thumbed down list as this is how Pandora will learn. This will also help to prevent those specifics songs form playing again on this station.
Since you continue to have trouble while using your Denon device, I've gone ahead and created a ticket and passed along your info and experience to our engineering team to further review.

I did reset my AVR as you requested, which changed absolute nothing.
Apparently during your Forrest Frank promotion every time I select thumbs down for his music, it will appear as a thumbs up!
