Thanks for reaching out, I’m sorry you’re running into trouble with playback stopping after just one song on your DishTV. I understand how frustrating that can be.
To help narrow down what’s happening, could you share a bit more about what you’re seeing when playback stops?
- Does the app crash or close, or does it stay open?
- Does the music stop completely, or does the track timer keep moving without sound?
- Are you seeing any error messages on screen?
- Does this happen on every station or just a specific one?
I also noticed a new connection from today, are you using a new Dish receiver, or did you happen to try any troubleshooting steps before this started working/connecting again? If so, let me know what you’ve already tried.
