Google Max Hub: Unwanted Christmas music

Same. Just recently (and I have not touched anything), Pandora started to play Christmas Music. Daryl Hall Radio is now playing holiday music. I went to Michael Franks this morning and it is playing Christmas music, only on my Google Max Hub.

I can access Pandora also from my App wall through my Apple TV, and it is fine. Same through my phone, but through Google it is playing holiday selections. 

Also, I googled how to locate and turn off the shuffle mode. My Max Hub Shuffle is NOT enabled (crossed arrowes) and I can't even find the "slide bar" that I am supposed to move to turn off shuffle on any of my devices, including my iPhone.

Welcome to community!

Sorry for any trouble using your Google Home. I did a little investigation into your recent listening history, and while similar, I believe you may be having a slightly different experience than the previous thread you posted in, because of that, I've created another thread.

As a Premium subscriber, you can play specific tracks on-demand. Looking at your listening history, the holiday tracks were played as on-demand selections rather than from a station. When those tracks ended, AutoPlay took over and continued playback with similar songs based on the original track.

I'm working to determine where Google Home may not have gone wrong.

I  currently have a trace enabled on your account. While this trace is enabled, could you please try and replicate the same experience by making the same or similar request when you ran into trouble. Then let me know the following info:

• What was the exact voice command used?
  • Did Google Home confirm the request?
• What was the result?
• The date, time (including timezone) you made the request?

I'll be able to take a closer look at the logs. Thank for your help!
