Grace Digital: Access Denied message with activation code

I keep getting access denied, even though I go through the steps and get the activation code and Pandora says its been successful, my "radio" says, nope.

Welcome to the Pandora Community! Sorry to hear you're running into trouble activating Pandora on your Grace Digital device.

Just to make sure I understand, are you receiving the activation code on your Grace Digital radio, entering it at pandora.com/activate, seeing the confirmation that activation was successful, and then the radio immediately displays "Access Denied"?

If so, could you let me know:

• The model number and year of your Grace Digital device.
• Whether this is the first time you've tried to activate it, or if it was previously working.
• If the "Access Denied" message appears immediately after activation, or after selecting a station.

In the meantime, I'd also recommend restarting the radio and then repeating the activation process with a new activation code.
