Inaccurate "No Internet"

Joes_Morgue

A year ago, I complained that my TV's version of Pandora tells me "No Internet," but everything else works just fine.

After about 3 days, the issue was marked as solved, but it hasn't been yet...

What do I do?

I don't have a link anymore.

I'm more interested in getting the issue resolved.

Currently, it is working, but the last several attempts before the post, it wasn't.

I've been dealing with recovering from surgery so I've been busy

Hey @Joes_Morgue! Glad to hear it's working. Hope your surgery went well.

I've enabled a trace on your account, if this happens again in the next 7 days, let me know the time and date and I'll have a closer look.

I see that you have a couple of TVs associated with your account can you let me know the model?

Thanks and have a great rest of your Monday!

Hi @Joes_Morgue - Are you having trouble with the Pandora app or the Microsoft store app?

If you're having trouble with the Microsoft Windows store app, you can reach out to Microsoft for further help here: Microsoft Store Support
