Issue connecting tv

I am trying to connect my tv to pandora but says the email and or password is not recognized.  It is accurate, I logged myself out and entered the same credentials I use to login but keep getting a pw.

@sean4970 I moved your post to the Other Devices space since this issue sounds specific to your TV.

I recommend resetting your password to see if that helps you regain access to Pandora.

If you are still unable to access your account, please provide me with a little more information about your device so that I can provide you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps:

  • What is the make and model of your TV?
  • Was the Pandora app already pre-installed on your TV?
  • Or do you connect to Pandora on your TV through another device? (Ex: Roku, DirecTV, Blu-ray player, etc)

I sign out in error. on  my Pandora account on my Vizio TV.

It allows me to login from my Iphone and Chromebook, but will not let me log back into account on my TV

Are you getting a log-in error message or any type of error message on your TV when trying to sign in? If so, what does it say?
