We have 4 Pandora accounts using the Mood Medica Devices. They all play different channels. We have had an issue the last 2-3 weeks with static playing for the duration of a song several times during the day. The songs are always different, never the same, and the channels are different. You can't hear the song, it is only static. The devices are in 2 different offices and are all hard wired in. When I log in online, the songs look like they are playing. I can get a temporary fix by forwarding to the next song
We have tried to restart the devices and it still happens. We need help to resolve this issue.
