Music doesn't advance to next track

I'm having the same issue on a Sony Bravia Google TV. I choose a playlist and play the first song - and it doesn't advance to the next one. No error message. In addition, the song timer doesn't advance while the song is playing and the "equalizer" widget continues jumping after the song is over.

Also, I only see the "curated modes" on my TV, but not on the Pandora app on my Samsung Galaxy S 22 phone. I love the Deep Cuts feature and have switched from Spotify to Pandora Premium because of that functionality.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Norm

Hi @NormAcker

I'm happy to report your experience over to our engineering team.

In the meantime, if you haven't already, I would try these steps to clear the app data on your TV to see if it will help improve your experience.

  1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select the Settings Gear icon  ⚙️
  3. Follow the steps according to your TV menu:
    • Select Apps → See all apps → Show system apps.
    • Select Apps.
  4. Under System apps, select Pandora.
  5. Select Clear cache, then select Ok.
    • If the issue still occurs, move on to the next step.
  6. Select Clear data, then select Ok.
    • If displayed, select CLEAR ALL DATA, and then Ok.

For the Curated Mode, you should see the same mode on your mobile device as well. Could you share an example station you see has modes on your TV but not your mobile device?

Thanks!

Was listening to Pandora on my TV & it wouldn't advance to the next track.  Turned off my WiFi (AT&T) waited a minute, turned WiFi back on....voila...all is good....songs are advancing!!
