My Collection glitching on LG TV

I've had a Pandora premium membership for almost a decade now and love the ease and convenience. In August, I purchased a new LG TV and installed the Pandora app. I listen to music way more than I watch tv and was thrilled it was on there. 

However, my collection remains unchanged since then. Here are the problems I'm having: 

1. My artist collection and album collection only show a portion of the ones that I have in My Collection. 

2. There are many albums that I never added to my collection, and when I go to "remove them," the only option is to "Add them to my collection." So they're added but they're not?!? 

Fixes I've tried: 

1. Signing out and signing back in. 

2. Restarting the app. 

3. Checking for updates. 

4. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 

I really would like this fixed. I don't understand why it works perfectly on my Samsung phone but glitches horribly on a brand new TV.

Welcome to community!

Can you share a pictures of what you're seeing. Both with the partial collection showing and the albums that you haven't added to your collection. You can share pictures directly here on community. This is best done from a web or mobile browser. You won't be able to share pictures through the email notification you may receive.

Please be sure to include a few example names of the albums that you've never added.
