Whenever I ask Google to play a song on a Google hub or a Google home device, it always plays some weird off version. It's 7:00 a.m. and I just asked Google to play Beethoven's 5th symphony. And it played some weird synth goth version instead of the obvious Beethoven classical music version.
I've reached out the support about this many times over the years. And I've always given them examples. And they've never gotten back to me about this.
The list of examples that I have can go on. And I'm tired of sharing them. But basically ask Google to play any specific song and it will play some live version, some alternate version or some weird version that has nothing to do with the artist or the song all together.
Is anybody else experiencing this? I cannot be the only one
Hi @Dudeman69
Welcome to community! Sorry to hear you're having some challenging times with Google and Pandora.
While I don’t have any new suggestions at the moment to improve your experience (it sounds like you’ve already tried a few things), I can definitely pass your feedback along to the appropriate teams for further review.
If you haven’t already, I also recommend sending feedback directly to Google. When you give a voice command and don’t receive the intended result or encounter a mismatch, you can say: “Okay Google, file feedback.” This will send a diagnostic report to Google so that they can also review.
Sorry I wasn’t able to provide a more helpful solution to your experience.
