Pioneer - Error message or Server Error

I am unable to connect a pioneer SC-65 receiver to my Pandora account. I receive a server error

Pioneer has told me that Pandora is not supported on VSX-823. @AdamPandora  if you have contrary information, please read my post above 7/22/23 and comment.
