RESOLVED 10/6/21: Alexa - Album art missing on Alexa app

In my Alexa app I can't see any off the Pandora station all are unknown and no pictures of song or artist

I checked the Pandora account associated with your community profile, and I don't see any Alexa devices connected. Are you using a different Pandora account with your Alexa?

Same thing happening to me.

I'm having the same issue. I used to be able to see my Pandora station names and thumbnails but now it says unknown under every station and the picture is a default music note. This is on the Amazon Alexa app version 2.2.426944.0 on an Android device. It says recently played but these are supposed to be my created stations.

Hi @Username_here! Welcome to community!

I've gone ahead and passed on your experience and info to our engineering team for further investigation. 

In the meantime, would you mind trying these steps:

Start by rebooting your modem and router.

Then try the following steps:

1. Check to see if there are any updates available for your Alexa and Pandora apps. Update both as necessary.
2. Restart your Alexa device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in.
3. Try unlinking and relinking your Pandora account via the Alexa app.
