Can you share a picture or screenshot of what you're seeing? If this is happening on your iPhone, when not connected to CarPlay, it may be easier to share a screenshot from your phone.
You can include this screenshot through a mobile or web browser, please note you won't be able to include picture though email notifications you may receive.
Keep in mind, thumbs are only available on Stations, to help Pandora learn the type of stations you'd like to use. Thumbs will not be available with on-demand content such as albums or playlists.
