I’m having the same problem and I’ve tried all the trouble shooting tips offered. It just quit working on my tv’s today. Nothing has changed in my systems. Can you help.

Uninstall and reinstall the Pandora app on your Roku device.
If you're still seeing an error, power cycle your Roku by unplugging it for at least 10 minutes, then plugging it back in and trying again.
If you continue to receive the "Unexpected Error" message after trying these steps, please let us know the year and model of your Roku device so we can share the details with our engineering team for further investigation.

I am getting the warning of unexpected error.
I also received the error message on my Roku today. I contacted Roku, but they couldn’t solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
Same 'Unexpected error' msg on TV using Roku.
I worked with Roku support and no help.

I have the same problem. Pandora went to "unexpected error" on both of my Roku equipped tvs. I tried all the troubleshooting tips recommended here. Nada
I also have this problem, Pandora displays “Unexpected Error” on launch.
Performed the recommended actions with no luck, including removing app, system reset, and then reloading app. Same result.

I( was getting the "Unexpected Error" message last night even after uninstalling,, rebooting, unplugging for 10 minutes and restarting and reinstalling. This morning it logged me in right away and is working as it should. Thank you!
