Clock error on Panasonic with viera

I try to go to pandora on my old smart tv but when I do a message says clock error and when I hit ok it classes pandora. I e rebooted but not sure where that clock is. The tv via cox is correct time. How do I fix this it worked a few days ago?

Welcome to community!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Pandora on your Panasonic TV. Sounds like you've already tried a few troubleshooting steps I would have suggested.

I'd like to report this to our engineering team for further review. Could you provide the model number of your Panasonic TV?

Yesterday, I noticed that when attempting to open the Pandora App on my Panasonic Viera TV (Model Number TC-60AS530U), immediately a message box pops up which reads,
 
"CLOCK ERROR
Please confirm clock setting."
 
No other option than selecting "OK' is given, and then the message box closes, followed by the Pandora App immediately exiting/closing.
 
Consequentially, a login for my Pandora account is unable to be successfully completed after opening this Pandora App on my Panasonic Viera TV due to the Pandora App's immediate and disabling exit.
 
This had happened about a year ago, and took about half of a week for Pandora's Engineering Team to resolve, as mentioned in a previous thread titled, "Resolved 6/17/24: Panasonic TV: Clock Error Message" on this Pandora Community website.
 
Please try to remedy, preferably for significantly more than 1 year.

I am having the same issue with a Panasonic blu-ray Player, model DP-UB420 that I have always streamed Pandora.  It has always worked great and now the "clock error" code comes up.

Same as last June……CLOCK ERROR msg on Panasonic TV and blue ray player 

Panasonic DMP-BDT 350 blu Ray player showing CLOCK ERROR msg.....same as in June 2024........using my Panasonic TV......please fix!

I had this issue one year ago. Luckily, it was resolved a few days later. However, it happened again three days ago. My Pandora App on my Panasonic Viera TV had a pop up that read,

"CLOCK ERROR

Please confirm clock setting."

Is this caused by a new Pandora release? Maybe this https://community.pandora.com/t5/Other-Devices/Resolved-6-17-24-Panasonic-TV-Clock-error-message/td-... will help your engineering team for further investigation.

I am getting a clock error when I try to use Pandora on my Panasonic bluray player and cannot select an account. Identical to the post back on 6/14/24.
