Roku: No sound

The same issue described below is now happening on my Roku TV. Problem is intermittent but more so recently. I'm tired of unplugging the router, waiting 30 seconds, plugging back in, then going downstairs to the TV, uninstalling the app, re-installing it, typing in my login and password, etc. etc. This is a pain in the **ahem** and I'm getting frustrated with this app that used to work just fine but now doesn't.

Hi @MichaelO

Welcome to community.

Since you mentioned that you're having trouble on your Roku TV, I've created a new post for you.

Can you tell me more about your experience. Specifically, does playback stop or does the sound cut out, but the counter continues to move forward?

In the meantime, I would try some standard troubleshooting to see if it will help.

  • Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  • Scroll to select Settings.
  • Next select System and then Power.
    • If you don't see Power, skip to the next step.
  • Finally, select System Restart.
  • To remove the Pandora channel from My Channels you can find the Remove channel option by pressing the * key on your remote while the Pandora channel is highlighted on the home screen.
