Roku & Alexa: Shuffle not working

Roku and Alexa are not playing shuffle yet my galaxy is.

We are aware of an issue that may have been affecting some in-home devices but believe that this has been resolved. Would you mind trying again? If you continue to have trouble, I would recommend restarting your devices.
