My Russound system will not pull up my pandora account. Does anyone have an idea of why this might be happening. It worked until about three months ago

I'm a bit limited in the type of troubleshooting I can offer since I don't have access to the Russound app or device.
If you haven't already, I recommend confirming that the app and the device are updated to the latest software and/or firmware versions.
Additionally, I can try removing your Pandora account association with your Russound device and have you go through the set up once again to see if that will help.
If you'd like to try that, let me know and I'll go ahead and remove the connection.
