Are you being offered an upgrade through your device? If so, could you take a picture of what you're seeing to share with me here?
You can include pictures through a web or mobile browser, but you won't be able to include them through email.
Alternatively, if you're upgraded to a paid subscription and need help managing your subscription, let me know.

I"ll be honest, I'm not sure exactly what may be happening. The experience you mention doesn't sound familiar to me.
I suggest we start with some basic troubleshooting and go down the list to see if it will help. At the very least we can rule out a few things during this process.
To begin, you mentioned this happening on your Samsung TV. First, please try logging out of the Pandora app - if this option is available for your TV model. If it's not, please let me know, and I can remove the connection between your Pandora account and Samsung TV. This will force a log out and you'll need to log back.
