Sonos - Error message when connecting

All of a sudden Pandora won’t connect to my Sonos system. Sonos is working perfectly with Apple Music and other sources but Pandora won’t connect. I can sign into the Pandora app on my cell and all seems fine. However when I try to connect to my Pandora stations that I have set up in Sonos it won’t connect. Help please

Hey @Dutch! Thanks for posting. 

Sounds like you're using the Sonos app to play Pandora. Can you let me know if you're using S1 or S2 app?

I would recommend checking for any updates to the Sonos and Pandora apps. To check for any necessary updates, visit the app store on your device.

Then, make sure that your Sonos' firmware is up to date. To check for firmware updates from an iOS or Android device, open your Sonos app and tap on the More tab. Select Settings and then Check for Updates.

If you're getting an error message, can you do me a favor and take a screenshot of this to share here with me.
