Sony Bravia logs out every three days

Hello, my Sony Bravia TV keeps logging out of Pandora every three days. I have deleted the cache and data, uninstalled and installed at least twice. Can a moderator please open a real tech support ticket for me. Thank you very much.x

It sounds like you’ve already tried the main troubleshooting steps we’d normally recommend, so I’d like to gather a little more information about your setup.

Could you please let me know:

• The exact model of your Sony Bravia TV
• The Android TV/Google TV software version installed on the TV
• The Pandora app version currently installed
• Whether the TV is connected through Wi-Fi or Ethernet
• When Pandora signs you out, are you prompted to enter your email/password again?

Once I have those details, I can pass this along to our engineering team for further investigation into what may be happening.
