Sony smart TV Pandora will not load

I have a Sony smart tv and have enjoyed pandora on it for years.   This week it stopped working.  Tv goes to a grey screen when I load pandora.  

I have cleared the cache, cleared data, uninstalled, reinstalled, reset tv and nothing works. 

I am on version 4.2.4

Sorry to hear this is happening on your Sony TV. Sounds like you've tried all the suggested troubleshooting. My only other recommendation would be to power cycle your Sony by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes and then plugging it back in and trying once more.

In the meantime, I've gone ahead and reported your experience to our engineering team for further investigation.
