Sound is messed up on new ear buds

i just bought some new ear buds and the sound is all messed up.. like i have to adjust the settings but just don’t know how… any help with that would be greatly appreciated .. thx y’all

What is the make and model of your ear buds?

Also to clarify, are you only experiencing this issue with Pandora?

Have you tried streaming other apps such as YouTube?

If not, please try launching the YouTube app and let me know if you experience similar audio issues there as well.
