Unable to Login from new Sony TV

New Sony TV and unable to login to Pandora.

I enter my user name which is my email then enter my password which is 8 characters long.

But I am unable to move forward to the Login bar, any suggestions?

Can you tell me a little bit more about what is happening:

• Is there any error message? If so, what does it say?
• Does the app appear to freeze or crash?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting before reaching? If not, try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device).

Can you let me know the model and year of your Sony TV.

I had the same problem. Here's what worked for me: After entering the last letter or digit of your password, scroll over the arrow key and hit enter. on your remote. Then hit the back button on your remote, which brings up your app.

@rb4x4 It's been awhile but I hope you were able to start Pandora. If not, please take a look at  @auntiechrisann post and give their steps a try.
