Vizio Connection Problem

Playing Pandora on my vizion thru ONN box for years.

Now Padora started, plays a song then gives me 'Cannot Connect to Pandora  check your network.

Network is fine. All other apps fine. Do the disconnect thing. Try again, same.

Anybody got a solution? Please 🙏🏼

Welcome to community! Sorry to hear you're having trouble listening to Pandora on your TV. 

I'd like to clarify your setup so we can better understand what's happening.

When you listen to Pandora, are you opening the app directly on your Vizio TV, or are you accessing Pandora through your ONN streaming box connected to the TV?

In the meantime I've enabled a trace on your account to help us review. When you have a moment, and if this option is available to you depending on your set up, can you please log out of Pandora and then log back in.
