(01/22/24) - Direct-billed: Subscription failed and won't renew

My subscription has stopped working. This is the second time this month that  I put my account information in and now it's asking for it again. I guess I won't have a subscription anymore because I'm not going to keep adding the same information over and over again in 2024 everytime I go to use it.
