Adding my wife to our Family Plan

I sent the invite to my wife to join our Family Plan, but when she clicks the link it simply takes her to our account page but doesn't prompt her to enter her account username/login.  The whole point of signing up for the Family Plan is so that she can listen to Pandora in her car and I can in mine without it kicking one of us off because we're both signed into the same Pandora account.  I hope that makes sense....can anyone help?

Please have her sign out of Pandora prior to clicking on the link to join the plan.

Once she is signed out of the website, have her click on the link and it should then prompt her to sign in using her own credentials.

In the meantime, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
